Data we collect

Through the booking form we collect: name, phone number, email address, booking date and time, number of guests and, optionally, any notes or allergies you share with us.

We do not collect special categories of data except those you voluntarily provide in the notes field (for example, food allergies), which are used solely to prepare your service.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data exclusively to manage your booking request and to contact you to confirm it, based on pre-contractual measures requested by you (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising purposes nor share it with third parties, except where legally required.

Retention

We keep your booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet any liabilities, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the postal address above or calling the restaurant, providing proof of identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
